Terms of Use

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the rules for using the website ycon.cc (hereinafter "Site").

1.2. The Site is operated by Jozef Môstka, based in Tvrdošín, Slovakia. Contact email: kontakt@vsetkosada.sk (hereinafter "Operator").

1.3. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Rules of Use

2.1. The Site allows users to semantically search SVG icons and organize them into projects. Uploading custom images or other files is not permitted.

2.2. Users must not misuse the Site in ways that:

violate applicable laws or third-party rights,
excessively burden servers or infrastructure (automated scraping, bot traffic),
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

2.3. Users are responsible for the security of their login email. Magic-link tokens must not be shared with third parties.

3. Payments and Projects

3.1. Basic use of the Site (search, browsing) is free and will remain free.

3.2. Creating each new project (beyond the first basic one) is subject to a one-time fee of €3 (EUR), paid via the Stripe payment gateway.

3.3. The fee covers AI credit costs (semantic search), server infrastructure, and ongoing development.

3.4. The digital service (project) is made available immediately after payment. In accordance with applicable EU consumer rights legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase.

3.5. In case of technical issues with payment or a project that was not activated, contact us at kontakt@vsetkosada.sk.

4. Registration and Data Protection

4.1. Using the Site requires login via email address (magic link — passwordless).

4.2. The Site stores only users' email addresses and payment records necessary for contract fulfillment. This data is not shared with third parties, except Stripe (payment processing).

4.3. Personal data processing is governed by applicable EU law, including the GDPR. Users may request account deletion at kontakt@vsetkosada.sk.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Site is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation of the semantic search.

5.2. The Operator is not responsible for the content of external icon repositories (Iconify) referenced by the Site.

5.3. The Operator reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site at any time, with prior notice to users for significant changes.
